Say it, it’s listed
Tap the mic and talk the way you would to a friend. Listo turns “milk, a dozen eggs and two avocados” into a tidy list you review before anything is saved.
New The bilingual list app for real life
Listo turns the things you need into lists you can actually use — grocery runs, packing lists, party plans and everyday to-dos. In English or Spanish, on your phone, with no account required.
Dilo. Guárdalo. Úsalo.
How it works
Listo means ready — and done — in Spanish. That is the whole idea.
Type it, paste a whole list at once, tap something you bought before, or just say what you need out loud.
Review the draft, fix anything, pick a Space. Nothing is added to your library until you tap Save.
Walk the store aisle by aisle, check things off, track the budget, and let next week’s list reset itself.
Features
Fast to fill, organized for the store, and quietly smart. Every everyday feature works offline, free, forever.
Tap the mic and talk the way you would to a friend. Listo turns “milk, a dozen eggs and two avocados” into a tidy list you review before anything is saved.
Group any list by aisle — produce, dairy, frozen — in the order you walk your shop. Everyday items are recognized in English and Spanish.
Save any list as a template, or make it repeat. Your weekly groceries uncheck themselves every Saturday morning.
Describe a dinner, paste a recipe link or snap a photo of a handwritten list. Listo builds the list with quantities, estimated prices and steps.
“Tomorrow at 9” or “every Saturday,” set in one tap. Reminders are local notifications that open straight to the list.
Set a budget, add prices as you go and see at a glance whether you’re over or under before you reach the register.
Home, work, the cabin, the party. Color-coded Spaces with emoji keep lists and notes apart without a single setting to learn.
Jot it down and move on. Notes autosave, can be favorited, shared as text, archived and searched alongside every list.
Shared household lists with live updates, who checked what, and who’s at the store right now.
Bilingual by design
Not a translated menu. The interface, voice capture, AI planning and aisle grouping all understand Spanish as natively as English — even when a family mixes both on the same list.
Private by default
Listo is local-first. Lists, notes and Spaces are stored on your device and are never uploaded to us. Content only leaves your phone when you deliberately use an AI feature — and then only what you chose to send.
Open the app and start a list. No sign-up, no email, no password.
No advertising SDKs, no cross-app tracking, and nothing is sold. Ever.
No ambient listening. Recordings are processed in memory and never stored.
AI drafts a list for you to review. It never writes to your data on its own.
Pricing
Lists, notes, Spaces, search and the archive are free forever with no ads. Listo Pro adds the AI features, because each one costs real money to run.
$0 forever
Everything that runs on your device.
Monthly or yearly
Everything in Free, plus the AI that makes input effortless.
Pro pricing for your country is shown in the app before you subscribe. Subscriptions are billed and managed by the App Store or Google Play.
FAQ
No. Open Listo and start a list. There’s no sign-up, and your lists, notes and Spaces are stored on your device.
Yes. Everything that runs on your phone — lists, notes, Spaces, aisles, templates, repeating lists, reminders, budgets, search and the archive — is free forever, with no ads.
Listo Pro is an optional subscription for the AI features: voice lists, the AI Planner, and turning recipe links or photos into lists. Free users can try each one once.
Yes. Everything except the AI features works fully offline — perfect for the back of a store with one bar of signal.
Listo only records after you tap the microphone. When you stop, that one recording is sent to our AI service, transcribed, and turned into a draft list. The audio is held in memory for the length of the request and is never written to disk or kept.
You review the draft and nothing is saved until you tap Save. Read the details.
Completely. The app, voice capture, AI planning and aisle grouping all work in Spanish and English. Listo follows your phone’s language, and you can switch in Settings.
